Felici汉化版（1.4）- Magazine WordPress Theme

前段时间做了一个简单的汉化，并没有做后台测试《Felici – Magazine杂志型高级主题汉化版》。原谅汉化的只有前台。没有后台。今天发现有1.4版本。所以就花了时间做了一个。不过也不是完全汉化。一些功能性自定义没有汉化。
